| 摘 要： | 为探索FDI和R&D投入对我国高技术产业技术创新的影响,采集了高技术产业五个子行业2000—2009年面板数据,以C-D函数理论模型为基础,构造技术创新函数进行实证分析。研究结果表明,R&D经费投入对高技术产业技术创新具有显著促进作用;R&D人力资本投入和FDI对高技术产业各行业间技术创新的影响存在一定差异。在此基础上,提出了促进我国高技术产业技术创新的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on Cobb-Douglas production function,by constructing a function of technology innovation,using the panel data of 5 industries of China high-tech industries from 2000-2009,the paper empirically analyzes the effect of the FDI and R&D investment on the technology innovation in China’s high-tech industry.The result indicates that R&D funding had conspicuous promoting effect;certain difference exists in the effect of R&D funding of human resource and FDI on the technology innovation of high-tech industries.Based on the above,policy suggestions for promoting China’s technological innovation have been put forward.. |
