| 摘 要： | 毛泽东是一个伟大的思想家，其文化思想是毛泽东思想的主要组成部分，对中国社会主义革命和建设起到了巨大的指导作用。繁荣中华文化是全面建设小康社会，实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要任务，弘扬毛泽东文化思想，高度重视文化工作，坚持“古为今用”、“洋为中用”，“百花齐放、百家争鸣”，坚持文化建设的与时俱进，充分发挥文化知识分子的作用，不断创新，繁荣中国特色社会主义文化。
