| 摘 要： | 从当前我国发展企业加速器的需求现实出发,讨论了企业加速器的概念及其战略支持体系的内容与功能.基于企业成长理论,提出了企业成长发展的动力机制模型,说明了企业从初创到成长过程中,内部发展动力存在着由技术创新向经营结构创新、管理与组织创新承接演进的规律,而空间结构与环境创新贯穿于企业成长的整个过程并影响着其内部创新行为.加速器是以加速企业成长为目标系统构建的创新型空间结构与环境,包括战略性指导与咨询、支持性资源网络与平台以及成长性环境与氛围三个服务层次,它通过推动和支持企业的内部结构创新和能力建设.帮助企业形成自组织的持续成长机制.
