论产权的文化属性

市场经济离不开对产权的界定 ,而产权问题归根结底是一个文化问题 ,它主要表现在人力资本产权和物质资本产权两个方面 ,二者相互联系又相互区别 ,前者决定后者 ,后者又反作用于前者。二者之所以表现为一种文化属性 ,是由于产权所必须具有的刚性和强度所致。因此 ,人众之间无意识地形成相互尊重和认可的产权文化是市场经济得以确立的必要条件。

On the Cultural Quality and Character of Property Right

That market economy can't avoid defining the property right but the property right is in the last or final analysis a cultural problem. It is mainly manifested in the two aspects, human resources capital property right and material capital property right. They are co-related and differentiated. The former decides the latter and the latter reacts upon the former. The reason why these two aspects show a kind of cultural property comes from the results of the hardness and intensity the property right should possess. Therefore the property culture in which people fall into the habit of subconsciously showing mutual respect is the indispensable conditions to establish market economy.
