On Diocletian's Mode of the Administrative Management

Diocletian was the ruler of the Roman Empire after the Third-Century Crisis.He carried through a new exploration of administrative management mode.He established monarchy,founded tetrachy and improved the bureaucratic system.The political reform had established the basic political frame of the late Roman Empire.The rule of Diocletian indicated that principate had been turned into monarchy,which became the beginning of late Roman Empire.
