网络社会的责任分析与构建

从网络社会和现实社会的冲突和转换机制来看，网络社会的责任建构最重要的是要以责任观念为指导，建立起强调公平与正义、契约化的责任伦理底线，从而建立起网络社会的责任伦理制约体系。可以从微观、中观、宏观和三个角度来分析网络社会的伦理建构。微观针对的是传统的责任主体，中观和宏观指的是“准责任”主体，其中中观为计算机主体，宏观是指政治国家、社会团体等组织，它们都是不同于传统的个人责任主体的“准责任”主体。“准责任”不应被看作是孤立的概念，它是整个网络社会责任体系的有机组成部分，是联系宏观和微观责任的中介。“准责任”概念的提出，为理解网络社会的责任与伦理提供了新视角。

Analysis on and Construction of Responsibility in Cyber Society

In perspective of the conflict and transformation mechanism between eyber society and real society, in the responsibility construction for cyber society the most important is the establishment of responsible ethic bottom line guided by the concept of responsibility emphasizing fairness and justices with contractual features, so as to build up the responsibility ethic conditioning system in cyber society. The ethic construction in cyber society can be analyzed from micro, midsize and macro aspects. The micro aspect refers to the traditional subject of responsibility, and the midsize and macro one refers to quasi-responsibility. The midsize is computer subject and the macro states and social organizations. They are quasi-responsibility different from traditional subject. Quasi-responsibility is not an isolated idea but an integrated part of responsibility system in cyber society as a link between the macro and the micro, and it offers a new perspective for the perception of the responsibility and ethics in cyber society.
