对形意拳在晋中地区开展现状及发展对策的研究

作为形意拳发源地之一的晋中市,已经将形意拳列为当地民族传统体育的代表项目。本文通过调查问卷和实地走访的形式,对形意拳在晋中地区开展现状及发展状况进行调查研究分析,旨在利用该项目在发源地的地域优势和群众基础,把形意拳的健身价值及养生功能融入群众的生活中,达到为群众强身健体、将娱乐与保健相结合的目的,使形意拳更好地在全国各地加以流传,使中国民族传统文化得到更好的传承于发展。

Research on Xingyiquan Development Condition in Jinzhong Area

As one of the birthplace of Xingyiquan, Jinzhong city has ranked Xingyiquan local representatives of the national tradition sports project. This paper, through using the method of questionnaire and on -the -spot vi - siting, makes investigation on Xingyiquan development condition in Jinzhong area. The main purpose is to use the regional advantage of home and the mass base, put the fitness value and health function of Xingyiquan into the life of the masses, to achieve physical fitness, recreation and health care for the populace with the combination, make the xingyiquan better to spread all over the world, and better inherit the Chinese national traditional culture.
