| 摘 要： | 本文以"运动技能迁移规律"为理论基础,对拳击基本技术教学训练过程中技能迁移现象进行分析,探索技能迁移规律在拳击项目教学训练中的运用。主动运用正迁移,避免负迁移的干扰,使学生在最短的时间内认知拳击技术动作要领,熟练掌握更多的拳击基本技术,提高了教练员的教学效率。

| Abstract: | Taking the rule of motor skill transfer as theoretical basis, this paper makes analysis on skill transfer in basic boxing technical teaching, and explores the application of skill transfer. We should actively use the po - sitive transfer, avoid the interference of negative transfer, make students recognize boxing technique in the shor- test period of time, master the basic boxing skills more, and improve coach＇ s teaching effect. |
