大型船舶在港口航道的操纵安全综合评价法

为给港口航道规划、大型船舶通航安全、船舶营运、船舶操纵提供科学依据,首先利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法得出大型船舶在港口航道的操纵隐患指标评价值;然后通过运用大型船舶操纵模拟器和船舶航迹带生成系统的试验方法,获取模拟大型船舶运动参数和船舶航迹带运动轨迹,得出船舶在航道操纵过程中的风险指标评价值;最后把上述两指标评价值结合起来,得到大型船舶在港口航道的操纵安全性综合评价值.该综合评价值可用来分析评价现有的操船环境和改善后的操船环境对大型船舶操纵安全性的综合影响.

Comprehensive evaluation method of large-sized ships' maneuvering safety at fairway

In order to provide scientific basis for fairway planning,large-sized ships' navigational safety,ship transport business and operation,the hidden danger index appraisal values of large-sized ships passing in and out the port are suggested by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,the risk index appraisal values of navigation at fairway are obtained after gaining the motion parameters and tracking of large-sized ships on the basis of the ship handling simulator and the track creator system,and the comprehensive evaluation value of navigational safety at fairway is obtained by combining the above two appraisal values.This comprehensive evaluation value can analyze and evaluate the existing and improved environment impact on large-sized ships' maneuvering safety.
