| 摘 要： | 孟子的“劳心劳力”说和“民本”思想,都是孟子仁政学说的组成部分,二者是一致的,不矛盾的。孟子所要求的“劳心者”是圣君贤臣,不是暴君污吏,他们必须施行仁政,有功于国于民。

| Abstract: | Mencius' theory of "Those who work with their brains rule and those who with their bodies are ruled " and thought of "the people are foundation" are a composed part of his policy of benevolence. Both the two are in accordance with each other. What he wanted "the men laboring with strength" were good emperors and their good subjects but not tyrants and corrupt officials; they must implement good policy and have rendered service to the people. |
