| 摘 要： | 所谓物权行为究竟是指什么?自德国学者萨维尼于创立物权行为理论以来,这个问题就一直是学者们不断争论的问题。通过分析物权行为基本原则,界定物权行为概念内涵,可以论证我国应当在物权立法中认可物权行为理论。
