基于云计算的国家数字学术信息资源元数据标准规范研究

目的/意义]旨在为云服务平台实现数字学术资源的信息安全和资源服务提供参考。方法/过程]采用调研分析的方法,对国内外数字学术信息资源元数据标准规范建设现状、保障措施、设计原则进行研究,并提出适合我国的数字学术信息资源元数据标准规范。结果/结论]基于云计算的国家数字学术信息资源元数据标准规范,必须在数字安全保障体系基础上,重视国家层面的一体化建设,建立多元复合的数字学术信息资源元数据标准,为云服务平台实现数字学术资源的信息安全、联合仓储和资源服务奠定坚实的基础,以保证国家数字学术信息资源良性有序的发展。

Research on National Digital Academic Information Resource Metadata Standard Specification Based on Cloud Computing

Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references to realize information security and resource services of digital academic resources for the cloud service platform.Method/process]The paper uses the research and analysis method to study the status quo,safeguard measures and design principles of digital academic information resource metadata standardization at home and abroad,and proposes the standard of digital academic information resource metadata standard suitable for China.Result/conclusion]The national metadata standard of digital academic information resources based on cloud computing must be based on the digital security system,pay attention to the integrated construction at the national level and establish a multi-component metadata standard of digital academic information resources,so as to lay a solid foundation for realizing the information security,joint storage and service of digital academic resources for cloud service platform to ensure the benign and orderly development of national digital academic information resources.
