摘    要:高住高练低训(HiHiLo)是在模拟高原训练一高住低训(HiLo)基础上发展而来的一种新兴的模拟高原训练方法,本实验以16名男性足球运动员为受试者,随机分为实验组(8人)和对照组(8人).实验组接受运用低氧房模拟的3 000米海拔高度的高住高练低训,对照组常压常氧居住、训练,追踪观察连续4周的训练期间受试者外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群的变化.结果显示,T淋巴细胞总数CD3+在实验前后变化不大,运动训练决定其变化趋势,低氧对其有一定的影响;低氧暴露2周后T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+和T淋巴细胞亚群CD8+分别出现显著性下降和显著性升高,且均持续到实验结束;CD4+/CD8+的比值在低氧暴露2周后出现显著性降低,且持续至实验结束;两组的各值变化趋势相当,但HiHiLo实验组的机体免疫机能均低于对照组.
