| 摘 要： | 走新型工业化道路，开发人力资源是关键。高职教育要适应新型工业化的发展，必须对人才培养目标准确定位，以市场为导向打造特色专业，以职业能力为主线改革课程体系，突出实践教学环节，实行“双证”并重，加强校企合作和“双师型”教师队伍建设，构建全新的高职人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The exploitation of manpower resources is the key to industrialization. The occupational education in higher institution should have a clear objective of personnel training and set up market-oriented majors with unique characteristics. Subject system should be reformed on the basis of ability training, and practical teaching should be stressed. The school should cooperate with enterprises and strengthen the construction of teaching staff, so as to construct a new pattern of personnel training. |
