雅典奥运会后世界吊环整套动作发展趋势的研究

以参加雅典奥运会吊环决赛运动员为对象,分析了当今世界吊环比赛发展的特点.结果显示:整套动作的结构已进入以高难度静力性动作为主的新阶段;难度的发展主要表现为选用价值更高的静力性动作,并采用直接连接、慢用力连接等高级方式和成串连接;动作质量的发展是高规格完成静力性动作,并提高下法落地稳定性.

Study On The Development Trend Of Sets Of Movements In Flying Rings After Athens Olympic Games

With the objectives of flying ring athletes in Athens Olympic Games,this paper analyses current flying ring competition characters.The results show that the structure of complete set of movements has entered static high difficulties stage. Development of difficulties is to choose higher static movements and adopt direct joint,slowing forcibly joint and string joint.Development of movement quality is to complete static movements with high standard and to improve landing stability.
