| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、调查法等研究方法，通过对河南省17个地市体校有关竞技体育后备人才培养方面的现状进行了深入的调查和了解，在专家和校长的调查访谈基础上，经过认真细致的研究，提出河南省竞技体育后备人才的发展对策及建议。
