| Abstract: | At present, Shaanxi county industrialization is in the middle stage of the industrialization. Industrial cluster is an important measure for China to promote regional economic development. Industrial cluster is an inevitable choice to realize great leap forward development path under the background of new industrialization in Shaanxi. Shaanxi still has a lot of problems in the development of county industrial clusters. The fundamental methods of resolving the problem are： the change of local government development conception, by offering more convenient services to Shaanxi county industrial clusters. |
