省域职业教育现代化监测指标体系构建

摘    要:大幅提升职业教育现代化水平是新时代我国职业教育改革的根本目标。在系统分析新时代职业教育现代化内涵的基础上,以国家职业教育政策文件为蓝本,采用文献分析、专家咨询和实地调研等方式,探索性地建立了包括体系、体制、条件、质量、活力等5个一级指标、15个二级指标和41个观测点的省域职业教育现代化指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定了指标的权重。指标体系试图通过对职业教育现代化建设进程进行监测与预警,把握职业教育现代化运行现状,预测其未来发展趋势,为我国职业教育现代化发展提供决策建议。

Construction of Provincial Vocational Education Modernization Monitoring Index System

Abstract:Promoting the modernization of vocational education is an important strategic goal for China’s vocational education development in the new era. Based on a systematic analysis of the connotation of vocational education modernization in the new era, based on the national vocational education policy documents, using document analysis, expert consultation, and field investigations, it has exploratively established a provincial vocational education modernization indicator system with 5 first-level indicators, namely systems, policies, conditions, quality and vitality, 15 second-level indicators, and 41 observation points, and the weight of the indicators was determined using the analytic hierarchy process. The monitoring index system attempts to monitor the progress of vocational education modernization, grasp the current status of development, predict its future development trend, and provide decision-making suggestions for the vocational education modernization in China.
