| 摘 要： | 为搞好刑法学教学工作，必须首先澄清学生可能存在的对刑法的错误认识，帮助他们树立正确的刑法观；在刑法学教学中，还必须处理好理论刑法学和注释刑法学在授课内容中的比例关系；要引导学生形成刑事一体化观念，重视教学方法的创新。

| Abstract: | To made a good job of the criminal jurisprudence, we must firstly correct the probably wrong understanding of the criminal law. Besides, the proportion relation should be well coped with between theoretical criminal jurisprudence and theory of explanatory criminal law. We should also lead the student to form the idea of criminal integration and lay emphasis upon the innovation of teaching methods. |
