| 摘 要： | 毕业实践是学生在校期间的最后一个教学环节,其教学质量直接关系到毕业生的择业、就业效果。在当今竞争激烈的就业形势下,如何改革传统的毕业实践环节,增强高职高专毕业生的择业、就业能力,有力推动学校的就业工作,本文就我校毕业实践教学实施方案的改革和实践进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Graduation field practice is the last teaching step for the students on campus,there is a direct connection between the teaching quality and graduates' employment.Under present fierce employment situation,how to reform traditional graduation field practice,improve graduates' job hunting capability,so as to promote the work of employment,this paper probes into the reform and practice of teaching methods on graduation field practice in GXRTVU. |
