新时代提升我国体育话语权的理论逻辑与实践路径

立足新时代提升我国体育文化软实力的现实需求，运用文献资料和逻辑分析，通过追溯梳理话语、话语权以及话语霸权等相关理论的历史渊源，探寻新时代我国体育话语权的理论逻辑与实践路径。研究发现：提升我国体育话语权，在理论逻辑上，构建适当的体育话语文本是基础，利用社会化媒体营造话语共识是过程，而将话语共识演化为体育规则是构建体育话语权的最终目的。在实践路径上，一是要夯实体育话语基础，建构具有中国特色的体育话语文本；二是重视国际体育传播能力建设，营造体育话语共识；三是参与建立体育规则，着力提升国际体育话语权。

Theory and Practice of Promoting Sports Discourse Right in New Era

Based on the practical needs of improving the soft power of the Chinese sports culture in the new era, through literature and logical analysis, and by tracing the historical origins of the relevant theories such as discourse, discourse power and discourse hegemony, this paper expatiates on the theory and practice of the Chinese sports discourse power in the new era. It is seen that in theory and logic, the construction of appropriate sports discourse text is the foundation, the use of social media to build discourse consensus is the process, and the evolution of discourse consensus into sports rules is the ultimate goal of building sports discourse right. In practice, it is important to lay a solid foundation for sports discourse and build a text of sports discourse with the Chinese characteristics. Secondly, it is important to construct international sports communication capacity and build a consensus of sports discourse. Thirdly, it is important to participate in the establishment of sports rules and strive to improve the international sports discourse power.
