我国大型体育赛事志愿服务模式研究

摘    要:采用文献资料法、比较研究法、逻辑分析法等方法对我国大型体育赛事服务模式进行研究,认为我国大型体育赛事志愿服务的特征是党政合作、社会合作与各级共青团具体实施;其模式在组织上坚持“党政筹划、志愿者协会发动、学校单位协助、公民广泛参与”;模式运行强调宣传、培训、激励与保障四个要素形成有机整体;进而提出完善大型体育赛事志愿服务的招募机制、科学制定大型体育赛事志愿服务工作流程、建立健全大型体育赛事志愿服务激励措施等志愿服务模式的发展路径.

Abstract:By using the methods of literature, comparing research, an investigation was conducted onthe large - scale sports events service mode of China. The results showed that the character of sports e-vents service in China is the cooperation between party and government, cooperation of social work withall levels of the implementation of the model. Specifically, it uses the mode of "government planning,volunteer association launching, school uniting to assist and citizens participation" in the organization.The mode plays an importance on marketing, training, incentive, so that it can promote these four ele-ments into an organic system. The paper forwards put forward the recruitment mechanism, and im-proves the large - scale sports event volunteer service system, scientific process of major sports eventsvolunteer service work to establish the development path of the large - scale sports event volunteer in-centive measures volunteer service mode.
