| Abstract: | Male teachers in kindergartens have become increasingly prominent. The cultivation anti management of male pre - school teachers has become a big problem. Combined with practical class management, this present paper analyzed the main problems existing in male student management in pre -school colleges to propose some management strategies and suggestions. |
