| 摘 要： | 微格教学是训练师范生和在职教师掌握教学技能的一种方法，它是建立在视听技术基础上，以受训者掌握某一特定教学技能为目标，通过微型课的训练来形成教学技能的训练系统。本文就微格教学在物理课堂教学技能训练中的具体运用进行了研究。
