| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、访问调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法，对福建省高职院校学生课外体育活动现状进行了调查分析．研究结果表明：福建省高职院校学生参加课外体育活动有较为正确的认识；课外体育活动的运动项目、运动时间、运动次数、运动强度的选择上，男、女生之间存在着明显的差异；体育社团发展不平衡、种类单一，缺少教师指导．课余体育训练开展的不理想，主要是短期集训．各校举办有自己独特的赛事，开展丰富多彩的运动竞赛．针对现状提出了相应的发展对策，为进一步深化学校体育改革提供参考依据． |

| Abstract: | By means of the questionnaire,the method of access investigation,the method of document and materials and mathematical statistics method,the investigation and analysis were carried on for the current situation of the students' extra-curricular sports activities in Fujian vocational colleges.Specifically for current situation the paper put forward the corresponding development countermeasure,provided the reference in order to further deepen the reform of school sports. |
