| 摘 要： | 课堂管理是教师通过课堂中的各种人际关系，有效实现预定的教学目标的过程。本文对在体育教学中教师如何管理学生。用什么方法、进行怎样的管理过程从两个大的方面进行了阐述，对深化体育教学改革有着重要的意义。
