| 摘 要： | 专业设置是人才培养的重要环节。正确认识“专业教育”的内涵，处理好专业建设中市场性与公益性的关系，以学科和职业划分为依据，坚持稳定性和灵活性、前瞻性和实用性相结合原则，运用宽窄并存、学科融通、创新求变等策略合理规划专业设置，对于促进成人高等教育人才和谐发展有着积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Specialty setting is an important part of personnel training.It is significant for us to correctly understand the connotation of"specialty eduction"better handle the relationship between the marketability and non-profitability in the specialty building,follow the principle of combining stability and flexibility,forward-looking and practicality,using comprehensive strategies for reasonable specialty setting,to promote the harmonious development of human resources in adult education. |
