地方高校青年英语教师专业发展需求调查

通过对福建省四所高校的青年英语教师对其专业发展需求的问卷调查与访谈，分析数据显示：高校青年英语教师队伍中三分之一是本科学历，一半以上是助教职称，三分之二在超工作量地授课，所有青年教师都关注专业发展，但半数教师对发展现状不满意。高校青年英语教师的专业发展需求和提高途径应引起学校管理者、专业研究者及关心教育发展人士的足够关注和重视。

A Survey on Professional Development of Young EFL Teachers

Based on a survey by questionnaires and interview on professional development of young EFL teachers in four universities in Fujian Province,this research reveals the fact that one third of young EFL teachers just have BA degrees,more than half of them are assistant lecturers,but two thirds are over-loaded,all of them concern over professional development,but half of them show dissatisfaction to this issue.Great attention shall be paid to the professional development needs of the young EFL teachers by school administrators,researchers and those who concern education development.
