邓小平论国际共运的历史启示

没有党的领导就不可能有国际共产主义运动，中国问题的关键在于共产党要有一个好的政治局，特别是好的政治局常委会，只要这个环节不发生问题，中国就稳如泰山。国际共产主义运动没有中心，各国的事情一定要尊重各国的党和人民，不能由别的党充当老子党去发号施令。要对社会主义和马克思主义有清楚的认识，社会主义是个很好的名词，但是如果搞不好，不能正确理解，不能采取正确的政策，那就体现不出社会主义的本质。把马克思主义的普遍真理同我国的具体实际结合起来，走自己的路，建设有中国特色的社会主义，是我们总结长期历史经验得出的基本结论。社会主义经历了一个长时期发展后必然代替资本主义，这是社会历史发展不可逆转的总趋势。但道路是曲折的，坚信世界上赞成马克思主义的人会多起来的，因为马克思主义是科学。

The international communist movement can't take place without the leadership of the Communist Party while a fine Political Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party,esp.a fine Standing Committee of the Political Bureau,is the key to China,for China will be as firm as a rock so long as nothing wrong occurs at this juncture.Since there is no center in the international communist movement,affairs of other countries should be conducted in line with the wishes of their people and Parties,and no single Party can lord it over other Parties.A clear cognition of socialism and Marxism is necessary in that socialism,though a fine term,will fail to demonstrate its nature if it is not properly comprehended and incorrect policies are adopted.That the universal principles of Marxism should combine with the actual reality of our country and that we should take our own road to build socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental conclusion drawn upon a summary of long-term experience of history.The eventual replacement of capitalism by socialism after a long period of the latter's development is an inevitable trend of social and historical development,but the road to such an end has twists and turns.It is firmly believed that there will be an increase in the number of people being in favor of Marxism the world over,for Marxism is a science.
