| 摘 要： | 针对我国碳金融实际发展与理论研究相对滞后的现状,提出我国不仅应积极构建由政府主导市场平台和由市场主导碳金融项目运作的"政府财政补贴,公司市场运作"的碳金融模式,而且应努力探索区域性碳金融衍生品的设计和交易模式,制定基于区域性环保融资额度及其衍生品的合理价格,以碳信贷、碳证券、碳保险等具体的碳金融创新促进节能减排的技术创新,通过优化能源使用结构和提升能源利用效率促进我国产业结构的转型和升级。
