新课程标准下体育教师角色的转化

摘    要:在对角色的定义和传统体育教师角色剖析的基础上,指出新课程标准理念下体育教师应扮演的角色:课程内容的开发者、选择者,教学活动的设计者、教育者,教学过程的引导者、合作者、促进者,课程改革的研究者,学生求知和发展的激励者,全民健身的服务者。

Abstract:Based on the definition for role and analysis of the traditional P.E.teachers' role,it pointed out the roles that a P.E.teacher should play according to the idea of the new curricular standard,i.e.the developer and selector of curricular contents,the designer and educator of teaching activities,the guide,coorperator and promoter of teaching process,the researcher of curricular reform,the encourager of students' seeking knowledge and development and the servant of the whole-nation fitness.
