| 摘 要： | 舞龙舞狮运动是中华传统体育项目,具有悠久的历史和广泛的群众基础,很适合作为体育课教学内容在高校中推广。从舞龙舞狮运动的健身价值、娱乐价值、表演价值、竞赛价值和教育价值五个方面进行分析和讨论,探讨其在高校中开展的价值和意义。
