摘    要:现代市场营销已不再是简单的开发、推销和分销产品,现代市场营销逐渐更加关注与顾客建立和维持相互满意的长期关系,这种新的营销观念就是关系营销。它以市场营销为导向,把服务与质量有机的结合起来,其目标就在于让初次光临的顾客成为长期惠顾的客户,然后再逐步使他们成为企业及产品的坚定的支持,形成潜在顾客引以为据的推荐市场,从而对企业前景发挥巨大的作用。

Abstract:modern marketing has not been the simple development, promotion and retail product. Much more concern of modern marketing and long-term relationship of gradual establishment and maintenance to be satisfied mutually with customers. This new marketing concept is modern marketing which is from a point on the direction of marketing. Combine service and quality .It is aim which is determined by customers who visit for first time to become frequenters. And then make them gradually to be the steady people who support the product of enterprise. So as to firm recommend markets where there are potential customers. Thus play an important role to the future of enterprises.
