我国社会体育指导员远程培训模式研究

本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，从我国社会体育指导员培训存在的问题人手，对我国社会体育指导员远程培训模式的构建意义、思想前提、模式的组成及特点、模式实现的相关问题进行了初步探索。研究结果表明：我国社会体育指导员远程培训模式由管理模式和服务模式组成，其特点应表现为重在学习者学习能力的提升；开发优质的远程培训课程资源；将远程培训与工作实践相结合；实现培训队伍的系列化和多样化；考核的方式方法以面向实践为取向。
