我国社会体育指导员远程培训模式研究

摘    要:本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从我国社会体育指导员培训存在的问题人手,对我国社会体育指导员远程培训模式的构建意义、思想前提、模式的组成及特点、模式实现的相关问题进行了初步探索。研究结果表明:我国社会体育指导员远程培训模式由管理模式和服务模式组成,其特点应表现为重在学习者学习能力的提升;开发优质的远程培训课程资源;将远程培训与工作实践相结合;实现培训队伍的系列化和多样化;考核的方式方法以面向实践为取向。

Abstract:By taking documentation and logical analysis, beginning with the existing problems in the social sports instructor training, this paper explored the im- portance, precondition, formation, features and corresponding problems Results showed that the long - distance training mode for social sports instructor was made up of management mode and service mode, the features of which was that improving study ability , exploring good course resource for long - distance training, combing long - distance training with practice, making the teachers series and diversification, taking practice as the tropism of checking mode.
