| 摘 要： | 采用卡特尔16种人格问卷（16PF）,对国家队和国家青少年队藤球运动员进行测查分析,结果显示：藤球运动员总体的人格特征无显著性特点,但在乐群性、稳定性、兴奋性、敢为性、敏感性人格因素上呈偏高分特征;国家藤球队和国家青少年藤球队运动员比较,在稳定性、恃强性、敢为性、幻想性、独立性、自律性方面存在显著差异（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;男女运动员在乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、忧虑性和自律性方面存在非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）;二传、主攻和后卫运动员,在稳定性、恃强性、敢为性、怀疑性、兴奋性、忧虑性、紧张性方面存在显著差异（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;不同类别、不同性别、不同位置的藤球运动员之间存在一定的人格差异。结论：针对藤球运动员人格特征,应采取有效的心理调控方法,促进其人格的完善。
