困惑的思考：在素质教育与考试竞争之间

人们把素质教育解读成一种与以往的教育根本不同的全新事物,把考试竞争简单概括为"应试教育",是人为地制造了一种两难困境,让误解它的人们愈加误解。在素质教育和考试竞争之间,有几个朴素浅显的问题需要思考:我们到底该如何理解基础教育、素质教育、考试竞争?而我们对素质教育误解的症结在于把目标解释成了教育内容,这与我们误解全面发展教育是一样的问题。而理解素质教育的关键不是教育是什么,而是教育的普适性素质目标是什么,这是个教育目标观念转换问题。所以素质教育与考试竞争之间不存在非此即彼的关系,"转轨"之说不合逻辑,它与考试竞争中的如何考试、如何竞争、竞争什么之间是亦此亦彼相辅相成的关系。

Reflection on Confusion:Between Quality-oriented Education and Examination Competition

Quality-oriented education is interpreted as a completely new different kind of education and examination competition is simply termed as examination-oriented education,which makes people more confused.Between quality-oriented education and examination competition,there are several fundamental and plain problems to consider:how should we exactly understand basic education,quality-oriented education and examination competition? The erux of the problem of misunderstanding quality-oriented education lies in that the targets of education is simply explained as the contents of education,which is the same problem as we misunderstand all-round developmental education.The key to understand quality-oriented education is not what is education but the common targets of education,which is the problem of the conversion of the idea of educational target.Therefore,there doesn't exist the contradiction between quality-oriented education and examination competition,but a complementary relationship between quality-oriented education and how to examine,how to compete and what to compete in examination competition.
