| 摘 要： | 现代教育发展与现代教育法制理念和法制实践的进步是密不可分的。我国教育法制建设起步较晚,较之于西方发达国家,无论是教育法律规范体系建设还是教育法制化建设都显薄弱,在教育法制实践中呈现出的多层面、多类型的缺陷或缺失,更是在很大程度上制约着我国教育法制效率的提高,最终影响着教育效益的有效实现,因此,加强教育法制建设刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | The development of modern education is closely related to the improvement of the legal conception and practice of the contemporary education. The construction of legality of Chinese education started late. Therefore, it seems weak in the construction of legal system and culture of education compared with western developed countries. The flaws of legal practice of education even restrict the improvement of legal efficiency of Chinese education and will eventually halt the realization of educational benefit. Therefore, strengthening the construction of legal system of education brooks no delay. |
