| 摘 要： | 由于农产品价格下跌、农民非农就业机会减少、农村经济结构转换缓慢等原因导致农民收入增长缓慢。要确保农民收入持续、稳定增加，应加强对农业的支持、增加就业机会、适时调整外汇政策、积极推进农村税费改革。

| Abstract: | The slow increase of peasants' income results from the production of farm products,the reduction of employment for nonagricultural work,and the readjustment of the economic structure in rural areas.In ensuring the steady sustainable increase of peasants' income, we need to strengthen the support for agriculture, to create opportunities for employment, to readjust exchange policy timely,and to press ahead with the reform of taxation in rural areas. |
