| Abstract: | In this paper,the importance and practical significance of the construction of the scientific research bases of agricultural universities are mainly described under the background of building national innovation system.The difficulties concerned are analyzed,and the ideas of building the three-level innovation system of scientific research bases in agricultural universities are also proposed. |
