| 摘 要： | 本文报告了用自己纯化的BCG65KD热休克蛋白(HSP65)作抗原建立ELISA法检测胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)患者血清中抗胰岛细胞64KD蛋白抗体(简称64KD抗体)并对其最适检测条件进行了选定,结果表明,最适条件:BCGHSP65抗原包被浓度为10μg/mL,1:100血清37℃温育2h,辣根过氧化物酶标记的羊抗人IgG(SAH-IgG-HRP)稀释度为1:800,2％BSA-PBS-T作稀释液。

| Abstract: | The author set up the method of ELISA to detect 64KD antibody in serum of the IDDM by using purified BCG HSP65 as antigen. The result shows the optimal conditions: 10 μg/mL is coating concentration of BCG HSP65; a ratio of 1 : 100 serum dilution and incubation at 37 ℃ for 2 h; a ratio 1 :800 of SAH-IgG-HRP, and 2%BSA-PBS-T as dilution fluid. |
