| 摘 要： | 企业的核心竞争力决定一个企业的命运，打造企业核心竞争力是一项长期的系统工程，需要以深入的分析、清晰的思路、系统的实施方法作为支持，本文运用集合、权重、模糊数学方法，构建了企业核心竞争力的指标体系，提出了对企业核心竞争力进行综合评价的方法，为企业客观评价、及时调整企业战略提供了依据，有利于提高企业的竞争能力。

| Abstract: | The key competitiveness of enterprises determinesthe destiny of an enterprise;it is a long-term systematic engineerto make enterprises' key competitiveness.And it needs thesupporting of the deep analysis,clear thinking,and thesystematic implementation method.This paper uses the set,weight,and fuzzy mathematics method to construct the itemsystem of enterprise's key competitiveness.It puts forward thecomprehensive method of appraisal for key competitiveness ofenterprises,and offers the basis for enterprises objectiveappraisal,adjusts business strategy in time,and helps to improvethe competitive power of enterprises. |
