高校党支部法治队伍建设前景和可行性研究——以西南政法大学为例

高校党支部作为法治建设的前沿阵地,是国家培养社会精英和优秀人才的摇篮,要抓好党章党纪教育,提高学生党员思想觉悟,就必须从高校党支部开始建设一支纪律严明的法治队伍。运用实证分析法和内容分析法,联系西南政法大学法学学科平台优势,分析当前高校党支部法治建设现状,阐明其重要性;结合社会实践和现实因素,探索高校党支部法治队伍建设的发展前景以及可行性,以期提出符合我国当下国情、适合时代发展的高校党支部法治队伍建设的可操作性意见。

The Prospect and Feasibility Study on the Construction of Rule of Law Team in the Party Branch of Colleges and Universities——Take Southwest University of Political Science and Law as an Example

As the front position of the construction of the rule of law,the Party branch of colleges and universities is the cradle for the state to train the social elite and outstanding talents.In order to do a good job in the education of Party constitution and Party discipline and raise the ideological consciousness of Party members in the students,a disciplined contingent of rule of law must be built from the Party branch of colleges and universities.Based on the empirical analysis and content analysis,this paper analyzes the present situation and significance of the construction of the rule of law in the Party branch of Southwest University of Political Science&Law and explores the development prospect and feasibility of the construction of the rule of law team in the Party branch of colleges and universities in accordance with the present national conditions and the development of the times.
