开放教育形势下的电大教学督导评估工作探析——以佛山电大为例

教学督导评估制度是衡量一个学校教育管理水平高低的重要标志，对于以远程开放教育为特色的电大开放教育，教学督导评估制度有着其特殊的意义，教学督导评估制度的实施对于保障开放教育教学质量起着至关重要的作用，是电大完善自我管理的需要，同时也为建设开放大学积累了宝贵的管理经验。但是电大开放教育的时空分离性、教育对象的成人性、学习方式的自主性等因素给教学督导评估工作带来严峻的挑战。本文以佛山电大在教学督导评估工作中的创新尝试为例，阐释了开放教育形势下电大教学督导评估的重点：健全督导机构，完善管理制度；注重教学过程的“网上督导”；实施开放教育人才激励督导机制；把好“出口”督导关等．

An Analysis of the Teaching Supervision and Assessment of Open Education in Radio and TV University

Teaching supervision and assessment system is a symbol of judging a university＇s teaching managing level. It is especially important for the open education in radio and TV universities, for the carrying out the system can safeguard open education teaching qual- ity, can improve radio and TV university＇s self managing, and can also accumulate managing experience for Open University. But some factors such as the time -space separation of radio and TV university＇s open education, the students being grown-ups, self-learning style, make supervision and assessment more difficult. This article takes Foshan Radio and TV University＇s innovation for example. It explains the key points of open education teaching supervision and assessment as below： perfecting supervision and assessment institute and mea- sures, laying stress on supervision on line, carrying out the supervision and assessment mechanism of impelling qualified personnel, pay- ing attention to the outwards, etc.
