关于义务教育师资均衡配置的思考

教师资源均衡配置已成为义务教育均衡发展的关键。农村义务教育教师和城市义务教育教师相比,在配置方面还存在着学历水平、学科专业结构等方面很大的差异和问题。当前,首先要树立科学的义务教育教师资源均衡配置观念,其次是要加强领导,深化改革,建立健全和进一步完善切实可行的义务教育师资均衡配置的有效机制,同时要提高教师的社会地位,切实关心和解决教师的实际困难和问题,从而保证义务教育师资的均衡发展。
