成人职业教育与人力资源开发

摘    要:人力资源和人力资源开发目前已受到各国、各地区的普遍重视.建国以来,特别是改革开放以来,我国人力资源开发取得了举世瞩目的成就,但基于我国的基本国情和历史原因,人力资源开发存在着与社会经济快速发展不相适应的部分.因此,必须通过深化教育体制改革,使得教育门类齐全,功能多样化,并能使中等职业教育、高等职业教育、成人高等职业教育、普通高等教育相互沟通,用终身教育的观念构建全方位的立交桥.经济发展靠科技,科技运用靠人才,人才培养靠教育.因此说今天的教育就是明天的科技,是后天的经济.教育是潜在的生产力,没有它,先进的科学和先进的设备就不能成为现实的社会生产力.

Abstract:Manpower resource and the development of it have now gotten the universal attention of countries and various places.The development of manpower resource has obtained remarkable achievement since China was founded,especially since the reform.But the development of manpower resource still exists some adaptive part with fast social economy based on historical reason and the fundamental realities of the country.Therefore we must found all directional overpass with the idea of lifelong education,by deepening educational system refrm and making all kinds of professional education reach mutual communication.Economy develops by means of science and technology;science and technology is utilized through talent;and the talent is trained by education.Therefore,the education of today is the science and technology of tomorrow and the economy of the day after tomorrow.Eduction is potential productivity.Without it,the adbanced science and equipment cannot become the social productiviity of reality.
