摩托车车架的振动特性分析与研究

摘    要:课题基于UG软件对某两轮摩托车车架进行了几何建模,并经适当简化导入ANSYS软件进行自由振动(free vibration)分析与调和振动(harmonic vibration)分析。根据分析结果可以看出受迫振动的振幅表现与自然频率的共振现象,产生明显大振幅的低频率为20 Hz和50 Hz,此频率可视为路况所产生的频率,调和振动分析的共振与自由振动相吻合。比较车架不同位置,把手是最容易被振动的部位。

Analysis and Research on the Vibration of Motorcycle Frame

Abstract:Based on geometric modeling of UG software on a two-wheel motorcycle frame,the subject analyzes the free vibration and harmonic vibration with simplified input of ANSYS software.According to the results of the analysis,it can be conducted that there are the amplitude performance of forced vibration and the resonance phenomenon of natural frequency,resulting in a significantly large amplitude low frequency rate of 20 Hz and 50 Hz,which can be regarded as the frequency generated by traffic,and the resonance of harmonic vibration analysis is consistent with the free vibration..Compared different frame positions,the handle is the part which is most likely to be the site of vibrated.
