| 摘 要： | 排球意识是运动员在排球教学训练和比赛中的一种具有明确目的性和方向性的自觉的心理活动。针对高校排球教学与训练现状，详细探讨了大学生运动员在排球意识方面存在的问题，提出了排球意识的培养对策，对提高高校排球专项课的教学质量有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Volleyball conscinusness is a kind of conscious psychological with definite purpose and direction. According to the precent situation existed in volleyball teaching and traing in college, this paper inquired detailedly the question which existed in undergraduate way of tacticsence ,and puts forward the training countermeasure of volleyball consciousness. It will have a postive promoting effect on improving teaching quality of special volleyball classes of university. |
