| 摘 要： | 战略管理框架可以为科技文献机构资源共享应对环境挑战、实施变革、实现共享目标、衡量责任以及取得最终绩效提供有效途径,其重点是确立科技文献机构资源共享的战略管理过程,并对其进行战略分解和运行中的战略反馈分析。本文在共享涉及内外部要素的SWOT分析基础上建立战略管理基本架构,并为进行共享绩效分析与评估提供思路。
