| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对林书豪现象进行文化剖析与反思,指出了林书豪现象对我国竞技体育发展方式转型的几点启示:即在运动员培养方式的转型上要加大"教体融合"培养力度;在运动员选材方式的转型上要修正运动员选材理念,遏制功利化和片面化选材思维;在"三大球"振兴的发展方式上要坚决提高我国优秀运动员跨出国门的发展步伐。

| Abstract: | The use of literature and logical analysis of Lin cultural analysis and reflection phenomenon. Lin pointed out that the phenomenon of Enlightenment on China＇s competitive sports development mode transformation , the transformation of culture in the way that athletes should increase ＂teach fusion＂ training efforts;athlete selection on restructuring the way to fix athlete se- lection philosophy, containment and one-sided selection of utilitarian thinking ; on ＂three ball＂ approach to development to revitalize the firm to improve our elite athletes to take the country＇s pace of development. |
