| Abstract: | This paper mainly discussed fully open of the patent system, relation of technical secrets and fully open, and analysis of the reason for not fully open with the case of without sufficient open questions. Aiming at the problems existing in the patent, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions for inventor and the agent＇s reference. |
